I (she/her) am an advanced manual therapist who has been in private practice for nearly twenty years. Utilizing the wisdom of Rolfing® Structural Integration and SourcePoint Therapy®, I guide my clients toward a fundamental experience of deeply embodied wellness. Through skillfully honed techniques offered in a safe, supportive environment, I create the conditions where the innate capacity for health and healing can flourish. My approach is collaborative, educational, nurturing, creative and impactful. I live in Brooklyn with my wife and our scraggly pup, Rita.
